Join me for an hour of mindfulness practice and connection. During this hour you will learn embodied practices that will help you become connected to yourselves and others. You will be invited to experience, share, and explore how these practices can help you in your life. Throughout this session, I will guide participants in simple & gentle practices designed to help you:

Alicia is a mindfulness instructor who has been practicing mindfulness for over 14 years. She completed her mindfulness training with The Mindfulness Association UK and is a MTAI (Mindfulness Teachers Association Ireland) member. Alicia is excited to bring the benefits of mindfulness to you and share tools & practices to help you live a more embodied and nourishing life.
