The first drumbeat we ever hear is our Mother’s heart and our own heartbeat synchronised with hers as we listened – that truth and connection has always resonated deeply with me – that Sound Healing is something we experienced even before we were born – and how – in a lot of ways – the practice of Sound Healing and Sound Therapy is about trying to recreate that healing womb of sound and that sensation of floating in peace and security and the nurturing and calm feeling that brings, and the comforting knowledge of knowing that you are never alone.
We can transform how we feel and think by using our breath, nature and the cold. It has worked for many, many people around the world, including me: helping me become a better father, a better husband and a better person. That is why I have dedicated over 20 years to helping people find natural ways of restoring and improving their strength, health and happiness.

People plus Ltd.
Angela began her career 30 years ago, where she worked as a physiotherapist, educating groups on their physical wellbeing, coaching them to stretch and grow into their discomfort, to become well. This was the foundation upon which she developed a curiosity to deepen her knowledge and skills to support people to live their best lives. She then became a certified trainer, an advanced wellness recovery action planning (WRAP) facilitator, an anamcara apprentice, a deep listener and certified forest bathing guide. For 12 years she worked in mental health and education. She uses her life experience, work experience, knowledge and skill to facilitate groups in various aspects of wellness recovery to support them on their healing journey. She loves creating spaces where people can explore, stretch and grow in self compassion and openness to change, through her workshops – connecting people with nature, working with creativity and turning inward.
Aoife Mc Manus
At the heart of everything I do, I always want to help people feel good about themselves from the inside out. I want to empower and encourage people to always build one another up. I did my first Yoga class when I was 13 after my dance teacher recommended it to me. As soon as I took my first class I knew I wanted to train as a teacher I loved how much lighter and free I felt during and after the class. I have been working in the fitness industry the last 14 years teaching many different types of classes, my main classes would be Yoga and Dance. I am teaching Yoga the last 7 years, I am trained in many different styles of Yoga and I also teach Yoga kids. I have recently trained in Trauma Informed Yoga which is something I am extremely passionate about. Yoga and meditation have given me the freedom to be the person I have always wanted to be and I hope I can help guide you on your journey to self- love and care.
