Every 6 weeks or so  we host a Community Connect session for the participants of Gerri’s Place – a warm and welcoming space rooted in connection, reflection, and shared experience. These sessions are an opportunity to pause, be heard, and feel supported within a nurturing community. It's a chance to tap into some of the different tools and techniques we explored over the weekend you attended. We invite participants to bring their voices into the process by offering suggestions of what is covered.  Whether through gentle practices, open dialogue, or simply sitting in presence, our intention is to co-create a space that honours each person’s journey and fosters a deeper sense of belonging.
