We invite you to a virtual space to connect, receive mutual support, and encouragement for your continued self-care. Join us for our monthly check-in with Gerri’s Place community, and gift yourself an hour of self-care. Guided by Gerri’s Place facilitators, the session will reconnect you with some tools and practices to help you stay well.
